Stepford Paladin
January 24, 2009
Hello. This is my Stepford Pally. She has no inner feeling, emotion or consciousness. She will raise her mace up high and smite you without a thought going through her pretty little head.
This really creeps me out. It makes me want to say, “This is my pally. There are many like her, but this one is mine.”
Why does she not have any change in her facial features? Is this only the old races? My Draenei and my Blood Elves look fierce in combat – you can tell they’re hitting things and causing damage (or taking damage, as the case may be) but you cannot tell on my Human.

Then reroll her Draenei?I may be horde, but goddamn I miss my stable of Draenei… *sadface*-Jov
If you’d like a technical answer: yes, it’s the old races. Humans, in particular, don’t have many facial animations at all, which leads me to believe they may have been one of the first races modeled for WoW. Hey, even the night elves have various expressions compared to the dead-faced humans.Human fighting: o.oHuman cheering: o.oHuman getting hit: o.oHuman player watching avatar facial expressions: O.o

Haha, i don’t think it’s much of a mystery given the comment that got auto-posted from the linkback :)
Yeah, BBB leaves marks all over the place when he’s bein’ naughty.
You could have picked one that looked fierce all the time, like some of the Tauren or Undead…or a few uglier humans…
